Institute Department representatives are authorized and responsible, in accordance with the decisions of the relevant Department Academic Board, for transferring course proposals, course opening and course closure requests for graduate programs affiliated with our Institute to the Institute online; creating course–seminar–exam schedules; and performing all updates related to faculty members serving in the Department and to the Department information in the Institute of Science automation system. These representatives ensure the fast transfer of data between their respective Departments and the Institute of Science.
